Some staff seem very informed while others don't really seem to know what they are doing and don't fill you with confidence. Also glasses are priced on display but all staff want to do is bump prices up by offering better lenses or coatings that can double original cost!

Great service as soon as you entered the building, the staff made you feel really welcome, the optician was lovely, she not only was thorough she listened to my needs, which is very rare nowadays, i moved here from Specsavers because they had no time for you and it has proved to be the right decision. I have recommended them to my friends.

The optometrist discussed my eye care as I also attend the hospital for a problem with my left eye. I was very pleased with the discussion and she eased my mind on the fact that she could not see a cataract forming on my right eye.
